Grinding headstock
Disassembly, cleaning of parts, replacement of worn and defective parts, overhaul of motor, replacement of bearings, replacement of belts, disassembly of spindle, replacement of seals and O-Rings + adjustment. New paintwork.

Internal grinding attachment
Dismantle, clean parts, replace worn and faulty parts, overhaul motor, replace belts. New spindle bearings. New paintwork.

Headstock
Dismantle, clean parts, replace worn and faulty parts, overhaul motor, replace belts. New spindle bearings. New paintwork.

Tailstock
Dismantled, checked and overhauled.

Hydraulics
Dismantle, check motor, replace hoses, defective and worn parts. Check hydraulic block

X-axis
Dismantle, replace worn parts such as O-Rings, seals, rings etc., overhaul hydraulic piston, grind tables.

Z axis
Dismantle, grind tables, replace worn and defective parts, overhaul hydraulic piston, new paintwork.

Electrical cabinet
Complete check, change various relays.

Painting
Colors: White RAL 9003 and gray RAL 7011

Geometry according to manufacturer's protocol.
