Cincinnati PFC 32 VR / VM pillar drilling-milling machine

This robust drilling / milling machine is precise, thanks to its micrometric lowering mechanism and vernier with 0.02 mm graduations. Consequently, this machine is ideal for drilling, milling and tapping work.

It is available with a mechanical speed variator (VM version) or a mechanical variator with a speed reducer (VR version).

Cincinnati NFC 320 V pillar drilling / milling machine

The pillar version of this drilling / milling machine has a TR rectangular work table with a rack mechanism to raise and lower the table. The touch-sensitive screen can be used to set the speed of the spindle, and the drilling machine automatically adjusts its speed according to the material. The NFC 320 V drilling / milling machine also features a spindle shaft locking mechanism.

Cincinnati PF 32 VR bench drilling / milling machine

This professional drilling / milling machine is also ideal for drilling, milling and tapping operations in workshops.

It has a micrometric lowering mechanism, a vernier with 0.02 mm graduations and a cross table that can be manually locked in the x and y axes.

Cincinnati NF 320 V drilling / milling machine

The NF 320 V drilling / milling machine features a micrometric lowing mechanism. It automatically adjusts the spindle speed according to the material when drilling. It also has a spindle shaft locking device.

Cincinnati P 23T bench drilling / milling machine

The height of the drill head of the P 23T drilling / milling machine can be adjusted using a crank handle that raises and lowers the drill head. It also features an automatic tapping system, with a sensor used for automatic inversion at the bottom of the hole, and a pedal-operated stripping system. The rise speed can also be increased.

The immediate stop function by braking resistance and the slaved tool shield protect the safety of the operator.

Cincinnati PE-5 high-speed sensitive drilling machine

The Cincinnati PE-5 high-speed sensitive drilling machine features an extra-strong treated steel spindle mounted on precision roller bearings. An additional roller bearing mounted under the spindle pulley guarantees smooth and quiet operation.

In addition, operator fatigue is reduced by the sensitive lowering mechanism that uses an adjustable single-branch star wheel. Deterioration of the tools is reduced thanks to the balancing spring of the adjustable shaft.

The transmission uses interchangeable light alloy pulleys that are balanced in the factory.

Scemama also offers its Din B10 cone version with nine speeds, ranging from 440 to 12,000 rpm.

Cincinnati P 23 VDA digital automatic drilling machine

The standard features of the P 23 VDA digital automatic drilling machine include the digital spindle-lowering mechanism, the 5.7″ touch-sensitive programming screen and the possibility to save up to 150 programmes.

In addition, the height of the drill head can be adjusted using a crank handle to raise and lower the drill head.

With its digital spindle-lowering mechanism, 5.7″ touch-sensitive programming screen, drilling cycle with stripping and the possibility to save up to 150 programmes, the Cincinnati NE 320 VDA digital automatic drilling machine has many features in common with the P 23 VDA.

One difference is the tube-drilling cycle used for fluo-drilling.
