SURFACE GRINDING MACHINE TRIPET MHPE-500

Completely overhauled with electro-magnetic plate Braillon EPU 500×200 mm
including:

– Complete machine dismantling and cleaning
– New paintwork in white and structured dark gray
– Regrattage of slides
– Replacement of return screw with bronze nut, Vertical slide protection bellows
– Replacement of cross slide ball screw, with bushing and key
– Overhaul of hydraulic pistons
– Overhaul of hydraulic motor pump unit
– Overhaul of grinding spindle, change of drive belt
– Installation of a new 2.5PS spindle drive motor with variable speed drive in place of the old DC Ward Leonard (Zumbach) system
– Overhaul of control panels (pushbuttons, proximity switches, contactors, microswitches, Mycom electrical cables)
– Overhaul of central lubrication pump, draining of hydraulic basin and spindle oiling basin, replacement of filters
– Overhaul of diamond grinding unit
– Replacement of stepper motor drive
– Replacement of all worn or faulty mechanical and electrical parts
– Installation of vertical and cross slide scales and digital display refurbished by manufacturer
– Installation of a new Braillon 500×200 mm permanent magnetic plate – including grinding of longitudinal table and plate
– General and geometrical inspection
