Partially rebuilt and in good working condition

2. Check all sensors and sensor cables.
– 18 sensor cables have been replaced.
– All sensor cables that were too long have been shortened to save space in the electrical cabinet.

3. Installation and check of revised spindle.

4. Replacement of spindle cooling seals.

5. Checks of X, Y and Z rails in order.

6. Change of X-axis ball screw, fixed and free bearings.

7. Change of Y-axis ball screw, fixed bearings.

8. Change of Z-axis ball screw, fixed and free bearings.

9. Change of 1x pneumatic cylinder for pallet locking.

10. Change of 2x pneumatic cylinders for lifting and lowering the gripper.

11. Change of 2x pneumatic cylinders for lifting and lowering the hatch.

12. New flow limiters have been installed on all new cylinders.

13. Check the operation of the machine lighting (3x). Changed 3x electrical cables, changed a neon.

14. Replaced all the watering nozzles.

15. Check the X and Y measuring rulers. (X has been reactivated).

16. Replacement of 2x pressure reducers on the blowing circuit. (LMRA-QS-6)

17. Complete check and replacement of the blowing circuit. (Measuring rulers, encoders and spindle).

18. Repair of the Y-axis charger cable chain.

19. Replacement of the X-axis cable chain

20. Replacement of the A-axis and X-axis protective sheath.

21. Gluing of the Y-axis encoder elbow connection of the charger.

22. Silicon sealing of the housing of the majority of the bellows.

23. Electrical repair of the grease pump. (Faulty power supply)

24. Complete cleaning of the machine.

25. Backup of the FANUC data of the machine.

26. Geometry control.

27. Creation of a demonstration program by Schneeberger.
