1) Furnace internal dimensions
The furnace is based on a Nabertherm N41/H chamber furnace.
• Internal dimensions (W × D × H):
350 × 500 × 250 mm
• Chamber volume:
Approximately 41 litres

3) Is it programmable (temperature and time)?
Yes.
This machine is equipped with a Siemens SIMATIC Multi Panel Touch control system.
The furnace allows programmable heat treatment cycles including:
• programmable temperature setpoints
• heating ramps
• soaking/holding time
• automatic process sequence
The complete hardening process is managed through the Siemens HMI.

4) Does it have a temperature logger?
The system is equipped with a Siemens PLC/HMI control.
The machine stores operating parameters and process settings.
However, we cannot confirm that continuous temperature data logging or historical recording is installed without checking the PLC software configuration.

Suitability for T4 treatment of 2024 & 6061 aluminium
From a technical standpoint, yes.
The furnace temperature capability is suitable for solution heat treatment (T4) of aluminium alloys such as 2024 and 6061.
However, if the furnace is intended for aerospace-qualified production, compliance with standards such as AMS 2750, AMS 2770/2772 or NADCAP depends on the availability of:
• Temperature Uniformity Survey (TUS)
• System Accuracy Test (SAT)
• Calibration certificates
• Process validation documentation
• Temperature recording, where required by the customer’s quality procedures.
These certifications and validation documents are not available with the machine unless specifically documented.
The above information is provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge, based on the available documentation and a visual inspection of the machine.
